How soon will my Funeral Cover pay out?

We understand that you've got costs to cover, and you want to send your loved one off in style. Funeral Cover is designed to give you an immediate lump sum payout so you don’t have to worry about the upfront costs of the funeral or other end-of-life expenses.

We just need some proof, and then we'll get the cash to you ASAP.

You'll need to give us certified copies of all the paperwork, as listed in your policy schedule (or on our Claims page). Once we get all the required documents, we try to pay out within 48 hours, where possible.

Remember, depending on which bank you’re with, your payout may take a little while to reflect in your account.
